Pumping plants

Side-channel pumps

Side-channel pump plants of FAS NZ and AP series are designed specially for working with liquefied hydrocarbon gases at – 40 +50 C. FAS and AP pumps due to their double suction stage ensure stable product supply at pumping height up to 5 m independent composition of propane-butane mixture and temperature value. UEAA pumps are meant for LHG mass overflow.

Side-channel pumps for under ground and above ground reservoirs have drive shaft end seal, electric motor 400/690 of IP 55 ISO F EEX II TZ model, muff and protective housing. It is mounted on a single frame, has prime coating and varnishing. Noise level – 72 bB max. (at 1 m. distance). Model: A- for above ground reservoirs with multifunctional end seal, muff and protective housing; B – same for underground reservoirs; C – same for mass overflow.

Converter for immersion sensor, sensor for flow control in pipeline, by-pass channel B166 are additionally delivered for FAS AP/NZ and SIHI pumps. By-pass—reverse valve for pressure drop protection, I class electric control board are additionally delivered for GUFF pumps.

Self-priming plants

Self-priming plants for LPG elevation are manufactured on the basis of side-channel pumps FAS AP. They are meant for propane-butane elevation from underground reservoir to fuel column. These plants are equipped with vapor phase cut-off unit ensuring reliable operation at winter time. Vapor phase cut off unit is composed of the following elements:

  • liquid and vapor phase separator
  • by-pass, ball, back-pressure and differential valves;
  • Manometer with locking valve;
  • Dirt-pocket filter;
  • Pipeline with diffuser

Vane-type pumps

Vane type pumps FAS-LG PN25 are meant for highly productive systems of liquefied gas overflow. Plants of 220, 490 and 950 l/min productivity are used for gas carrying trucks loading and gas-stations reservoirs loading. Plants of lower productivity (50 and 90 l/m) are used in mobile systems.
Body – ASTM A536, gland sealing, free shaft.

Vane-type pump with hydraulic drive PN 25.

Body is manufactured of ASTM A536, gland sealing. The plant is mounted on a single frame, covered with prime coating and vanishing. Models: A-right rotation, NPT – thread, flanges – 2”NPT; B – same with welded ends. The plant is equipped with vane-type pump, muff, hydraulic drive. Left rotation pump plants are delivered upon additional request. Productivity is given for 5 bar differential pressure. The plant is equipped with Corken Z pumps upon additional request.

Electric motor 230/400 D 59 Hz, Ex model (for motor of over 5 kWt – Ex II T3 capacity), rotation speed – 1500 min, muff, protective late.

Pumps and Pumping plants Corken

Corken pumps of CoroFlo and Z series are referred to medium differential gas-turbine pumps and are specially designed for operation with propane-butane. These pumps feature high reliability, low level of operational expenses, efficient use with medium productivity systems. Very often Corken pumps are used for gas cylinders and gas-carrying trucks loading.
